Snowflake Chief Financial Officer Michael Scarpelli is stepping down, following his longtime colleague Frank Slootman out the door. Scarpelli had joined the database provider in 2019 from ServiceNow, shortly after Slootman became CEO, also from ServiceNow.
Slootman left a year ago, succeeded by Sridhar Ramaswamy. Snowflake said Scarpelli would stay in the job until the company found a replacement.
The CFO shuffle came as Snowflake reported 27% growth in revenue, a slight slowdown from the previous quarter. Snowflake reported 28% higher free cash flow of $415 million in the quarter.
